May not be in the hall but he’s got a face for radio

When hockey players looked like hockey players instead if models, knew how to use their hands for fighting and scoring goals.

Looks like he should be smoking a dart on the bench and taking a slug of 50 too.

  4. 9 stanley cups in the original 6 era? what a schlub

NGL, I thought it was an AI generated image of a stereotypical hockey player.

To be clear here: he played in All Star Games, he was never named a first or second team All Star.

Guy was a middle sixer on one of the greatest dynasties of all time in a league of about 130 players.

Never won a scoring title, never broke PPG, and the only major award he won was the inaugural masterton.

There may be worse candidates in the hall than him, but there are far superior candidates still outside (*Cough* Mogilny *Cough*)

Pretty sure he made way more money when he was in that Lazy Town show

I don’t get it. Is this Sub Reddit owned by the NHL or is it independent of the NHL?

  9. Think how hot it must’ve been playing in those old timey sweaters

Only topped 20 goals three times, never had 40 assists in a season. Middling playoff numbers. Benefited from being on a great team in a small league.

Claude Provost is not HoF material, but he is still to this day one of the greatest defensive winger of all-time. The one year where he got to play an strong offensive role on the Habs, he finished 2nd in goalscoring, tied woth Gordie Howe and Andy Bathgate.
    Excellent, excellent hockey player.
