  1. Craig Button couldn't pick a winner in a 1 horse race. Does the name Martin St. Louis ring a bell.
He was a goof of a GM.

  2. it would be shocking if Broberg went #10. I trust Button's authority enough generally but that just seems completely out of touch with reality.

  3. Hope oilers draft Zegras and not rush him develop him like they did with Drai and now Drai an elite player

  4. As a hawks fan I will shit myself if we pick Byram. He’s a good player no doubt, but we still have Keith, seabrook, boqvist, and jokiharju. My pick is Podkolzin

  5. It’s entirely possible that just bc Byram is the top dman in a weak dman draft he gets drafted higher than he should

  6. Edmonton needs to do everything they can to trade up and get Byram, Colorado would probably concider a trade as would Chicago, use pujuarvi your first and whatever else other than mcdavid drisital Bouchard. Edmonton can be saved with this move.

  7. Devils – Hughes
    Rangers – Kakko
    Hawks – Turcotte
    Avalanche – Cozens
    Kings – Byram
    Wings – Podkolzin
    Sabres – Zegras
    Oilers – Caufield
    Ducks – Dach
    Canucks – Boldy

  8. I think they’re right with the flames pick since they’ve been in Germany a lot. But why? We have too many D in the system. Sure he’s a RHD, but are we that desperate when we could take a Center/RW? I forget who’s around there but I saw some good names projected around there

  9. Seider will go Top 15. Played a whole year on pro level and is one of germanys best defensemen in the world cup. He can play in the NHL instantly and will help every team in the league

  10. Opening comment:
"We know that Jack Hughes is going first overall to the New Jersey Devils"
    We don't know that…
The only thing we know for sure is that the Devils have the first overall pick.

  11. Nothing against the kid, but he doesn’t really stand out to me. He’s solid but broberg has a super high offensive ceiling. Not saying broberg is a top 5 pick. Just that I think broberg has more tools to work with to make him a more effective pro.

  12. again with the quebec born player to the habs, this is so lazy, the last time the habs drafted a QC born player in the first round is in 08. Lavoie is not projected in the top 15, there is no reason why the habs would take him.

  13. Habs need a left handed defenceman not a center they have a lot in there system like poehling, suzuki, ikonen, Evan's, olofsson, and KK and the only left handed defenceman that they have is romanov, so my choice is Cam York or broberg if he fall

  14. Podkolzin simply isn’t a good hockey player so I’ll be good with anyone but him

  15. I'd be shocked if Vancouver takes another left hand Dman when they have Hughes and Juolevi coming up next year and they still have Hutton who's fairlyyoung and slots on that 2nd/3rd pairing nicely

  16. LOL to everyone on here. You all said Zadina would go 2nd or 3rd last year and look where he ended up. Behind Barrett Hayton @ 6. Come on over to Motown Bowen. 😍

  17. I would love to see Bowen Byram with Jokiharju, Boqvist and Beaudin in the future! He really could be the New Duncan Keith.

  18. In thinking about what Hawks do with # 3 further , if Podkolzin is the best available , maybe the Hawks should take him. He might still be under contract , but how many players would be NHL ready before that time anyway ? If not him , I'd say maybe Bowen would make a good pick.
