He shouldn't care about that bullshit. As long als he draws penalties, his Team will play on the PP. As long he is not "soccer pussy diving", I don't see any problem. It's the refs call to make.
The entire roster of the Colorado Avalanche, Im sure they practice it couple times a week, feel a light breeze spin around and fall down the zebras will kiss your boo boos 😂
So many mad snowflakes. Lmfao. grow up whine bags
Stutzle has never been a diver, he just fell alot on his own trying to do too much. When he has off games, it still happens occasionally but hes a lot better at staying on his feet. This entire reputation is manufactured by habs fans, the most toxic fanbase in the league that are still mad about Shane Wright and basically sent death threats to Reinbacher this year.
Alternative theory: he’s just very light and flimsy that he flies off with any contact…either way its not a very good look
doesn't matter what people say about the penalties? The guy's a diver bro, trust is easy to break and hard to earn. stop diving and people will eventually let it go.
Falling and diving are 2 different things. Some of your replays just show him falling after losing balance untouched by anyone. Gallagher is not one to be talking about diving. Tim didn't do any diving last year and most people don't even watch him play cuz they don't watch Ottawa games. As a Sens fan, he did go down easily in his first year, but he was young and not that strong (and did have an actual couple of dives that season). Since then I don't think he deserves the title. Montreal fans are just pissed that we got Brady and they didn't 😉 And watch out, Jimmy Stu's getting over 100 pts this season!
As a Sens fan who has watched every game he’s ever played in the NHL, I can tell you he is NOT at all a diver. One thing he DOES do, is constantly fall all over the place. Not dives. I’m saying he even falls sometimes when he’s all by himself. I think he just has shitty balance. Dude has major Bambi legs.
I think once you get caught in one or two dives, you get that rep. Off the top of my head, I can’t think of one single person who has a rep for diving (other than Stü). And I bet you 90% of the people voting in that pole can’t either. They are simply saying Stützle because he’s the only person they can think of. And that is based solely on a reputation, not because they actually watch all his games and see him, with their own eyes, diving every game to draw penalties.
I just love that it’s a European player. Fits the stereotype.
Don’t make fun of my boy Volpe
Nhl should give big find to play who dive
🤿
He probably grew up watching soccer
A lot of those “egregious dives” you showed kind of just looked like he lost his balance. I’m not convinced
Tim Stûtzle is a stud!!! He's getting a 100pts next season.
Falling all the time and losing your balance isn't really diving, rich is what these clips look like. To me, the people are complaining because Stützle isn't in their team
He just needs more lower body strength and lower his stance more while he plays.
Less standing up and down
Hockey -layers like him don’t deserve to be draft or play in the NHL.
Habs fans have something to say about everyone despite their team being complete and total dogshit year after year.
I feel like everybody embellishes
So all it takes for something to become reality, is an unhinged post game comment from Brenda Gallagher?
Stutzle only has this reputation because of Gallagher (a known diver) calling him out on one play. Even if you look at that play it was hardly a dive and literally resulted in Timmy playing one more shift than missing the next 3 games.
Bruh this is craaazy. I will not stand for the Jimmy Stu slander!
Personally, as someone who isn't the greatest skater. the one where he falls (00:38 seconds) it looks like his skate kinda got into a grove engraved in the ice and couldn't get out of it. it could be seen as a dive, but that wasn't it.
Has anyone watched Malkin?
a lot of those clips were literally just him losing his balance. i’m a bruins fan, and marchands prolly a worse diver than this guy
He's too talented to do this bullshit. He's gonna be a 100 point guy. Stop the Disney on Ice crap.
