Well Gruden set on Monday night Football while rumors were running wild about him Coming to Tennessee Volunteers to coach. Instead of Jon Gruden coming out and saying that he would not consider coaching the Cold. He let his stock build up and cashed in on that 100 million dollar contract with the Raiders! What a sad thing to happen to such a historic team in the historic port city of Las Vegas.
Who is “leaking” these emails? Is it one person or a posse? Have they gone rogue or is this a covert operation to clean house by the NFL? Whoever it is seems to have the access necessary to leak emails until a desired action has been taken. Who is their next target? With 650,000 emails discovered I can’t believe Gruden is the only one “they” are after.

I don't condone what Gruden said. It was an offensive statement, but there is some truth to the other statements. Goodell is a punk, they did want Sam to get drafted to appease the LGBTQRDFACXYZBNMEPTGFDR crowd. He wasn't a good player. He didn't deserve to be drafted.
Im guessing this was a calculated move, possibly by someone butt hurt or in hot water and gave up something to help themselves out. Either way, Gruden dug his own grave by using a company email. The company has ownership of that email and its contents. He definitely deserved to be fired.

First rule of email communication is you never put stuff like that in an email especially any type of work email.
