Canadiens have 16 NHL forwards if you count Ylonen, as well as Lias Andersson. And then all the prosprcts (Farrell, Heineman, Roy, Beck, Mesar). Assuming no propsects make it and Lias Andersson starts in Laval, Habs still have 16 forwards. Gotta trade 2 out of Dvorak, Hoffman, or Armia. Or waive Pitlick.

Great video, couple areas I disagree, I’ll start with the offence and work down like the video, pazzetta will be out of the line up, I like him, but there’s a few options I think that will happen, if Hoffman or armia are healthy they will play over him, i don’t want them to but opening night I see them getting the nod, or, gotta be honest I thought he should have made the team last season, Owen beck, I really really like him I think he had an excellent training cap last year I thought he was very good in the pre season, I could see him getting a chance with the club this year, I think slafkovsky will still not see the second line right away unless he wows in training and pre season I see him on the third line and monahan on the second line, I see Owen beck potentially taking the 4th line center spot, on defence, kovacevic will sit if he is not traded come the start of the season, arber will play along side Harris, I think guhle will play with savard and matheson will play with Barron, guhle is clearly the best d on the team and deserves the top pairing spot and I think he will get it, goaltending Montembault will get the start, I hope and pray I’m wrong about the Hoffman or armia theory, I hope one or cross my fingers both get dealt somehow, I do have a soft spot for armia always liked him felt like he could have truly been a really good player just never broke through, Hoffman tho he can go, can’t stand him

2nd: RHP-Monahan-Anderson (I could see RHP and Newhook at left wing depanding on the camp)
3rd: Newhook-Dvorak-Slaf
4th: Hoffman-Evans-Gallagher
1st D: Matheson-Savard
2nd D: Guhle-Barron/Mailloux (One of the two will make the starting line up, I'm leaning towards Barron tbh)
3rd: Xhekaj-Harris
Goalie: Montembeault

I do like the fact that Newhook can play both, center and the wing, like Dach can. That will be very valuable for this team to have.
I can see a trade happening before the season starts for one of Hoffman or Dvorak. I think it could be Dvorak more, because he has more trade value than Hoffman does.
Hoffman is playing, too much to be on the bench and if we want to trade him he has to play and do well
First game is against Toronto and they just added a whole lot of tough. If for no other reason than that you have to have Arber in the lineup.
The team did not play as well after Arber got hurt , the team plays different when he is in the lineup
Kovacevic is garbage. He isn’t good at anything.
Xhekaj. Has way more offensive upside than Harris and Kovacevic.

I make the second lane because we always give the player a chance to keep his value but we expect Dach lane to produce more than the Monahan's one. *Slaf and Ferrel dont start at Laval only if one of them have a big big training camp.
I think the fans will be extremely disappointed, again! The Habs sold all their bad and “surprise” decisions and picks to the public, like slavofsky and reinbacher. But you can’t use manipulation to hide eternally

Armia worths 5 Pezzettas and 10 Ylonens. Both of these guys combined will not reach half Armia's offensive production.
Another analysis that sucks. You don’t have room for Xhekaj (who is top 4) and yet claim the team is bad. You overrate Savard and Newhook. Look at Newhook’s stats. He is a 3rd line centre. Monaghan will be the second line centre.. Dach will play the right side on the 1st line. RHP will play on the 3rd line. Dvorak doesn’t deserve all the disrespect he’s getting. He’s our best face off man and would be 3rd line centre if recovered from his surgery.
The Habs are loaded. The naysayers are wrong.
