  1. BTW, Boston never "bottomed out". They did the retool that supposedly doesn't work. They've never bottomed out, always had a competitive team.

  2. People dont want Demko playing because they want to throw the season for Bedard. Thats not happening, so lets work towards improving for next year

  3. I am not rooting for "tank for Bedard," but Demko has missed months of action – playing him three straight games does carry its risk. The other thing the Canucks need to know is that this season is a lost cause. To move forward, it may be more important for the team to see what some of the younger players are made of – who actually can be part of the long-term future of this team, than to win some games now that actually hurt our draft position. So instead of playing Petey, Hughes and Miller a tonne, give the likes of Hoglander, Podkolzin, Rathbone, and even the likes of Linus Karlsson, Danila Klimovich, Arshdeep Bains and Jett Woo some time up here with the big club to see what they can and cannot do.

  4. Keep Demko warm but do not ride him. Prepare him for next year. If Demko can be Vezina calibre which he wasn’t at the start of the year, then with some better defencemen, which they got, and hopefully no drop in the offence, then next year could be a good year.

  5. Stop riding demmer need the highest draft pick possible, especially after trading isles pick ffs

  6. Good input Noodles. Canucks have a core. A rebuild means getting rid of the players Don loves, he and twitter morons aren’t thinking
