He wasn’t in NHL 21 because Kladno got demoted and they didn’t have his player rights.

Sidney Crosby was 3 years old when Jagr played his first NHL game in 1990
When Sid played his first nhl game back in 2005, Jagr was 33, the same age Sid was when Jarry passed the puck to the islanders during the playoffs.
By the time Jagr played his last nhl game in 2017 (during the 17-18 season), Sid was 30 years old with 3 cups.

I always think about it like this. In Jagr’s first season, I was in 6th grade. I was in my early 40’s when he played his final NHL game. Crazy.
