Or Defence! Either way these guys get it done in the O-zone too!

Quinn slept on so fuckin hard. Got almost 0 recognition for the Norris, and yet he’s tied for 2nd in defenceman scoring, as a fucking vancouver canuck no less.

7 guys on this and only one of them was a Norris finalist even though the award literally goes to the best offensive dman anyway

  3. Firm-Candidate-6700

Only 2-3 of these guys are actually capable of playing defence.

Dougie fucking crushed it last season. Felt like every goal was a crucial goal or game winner. Also felt like a true leader on the team.

“The best defence is a good offense” is about the stupidest saying in sports.

The best defenseman is the best *defenceman*. I’d take a guy who’s blocking shots and shutting down plays over a guy who’s padding his points.

Sure, adding to the scoreboard is great, but not when you’re letting more goals get past you.

He’s a good offensive dman and an adequate defensive dman. But still that contract is tough

I guess Burns leaving did allow him to get back on track!

More importantly, how about Brandon Montour?!? What a fucking stud.

  9. AggressiveFeckless

Incredibly overrated. He is such a defensive liability it is unreal.

“Erik Karlsson Coul(d) be on the Trade Block”

In other breaking news that you’re hearing here first, hockey is played on ice!

Yea, but what’s his +/-? Defensive scoring is great, if defense was also played.

It’s interesting the top three were all on bad teams.

Makar made “only” 66 points – in 60 games.

In case anyone wondering, why he is missing
