Dobson’s Memorial Cup Improving 2018 Draft Position?

Noah Dobson is having quite the Memorial Cup through the first two games. Will a strong showing here mean his name gets called sooner in June?

  1. I'd be happy to see Chicago get Hughes, Bouchard or Wahlstrom, but Dobson would be a steal at 8. I've heard nothing but good things about him

  2. Dobson has the potential to be a top 4 defenseman as his floor, and a top 2 defenseman as his ceiling, and Dobson might even be able to win a Norris trophy at some point if he reaches his ceiling

  3. Dobson is still underrated by people even though he is still projected in the top 5 (he is the best D out of the draft outside of Dahlin)

  4. I think 4 through about 8 or 10 is going to be interesting and I think we're going to see some real surprises.

  5. I think I know how to figure out prospects better than the average person (not scouts tho), Canucks could’ve used me in the 2016 draft

  6. Lot of smaller defenseman it seemed this year, then there are dobson and Bouchard. Both seem like theyll be solid and unlike some of the more offensive guys they dont appear to have holes in their game defensively yet can still bring a fair bit of offence. Either way im taking one in my fantasy league this upcoming draft

  7. Noah Dobson will be drafted by the Islanders. He will be top 4 defenseman when they play at Belmont. Oh, and they will make the Stanley Cup Final. Book it.

  8. I like Bouchard the most out of all of those guys. Smart with and without the puck, and he comes from the Knights who continue to pump out top prospects consistently.

  9. I am on the Boqvist/Dobson train myself if we go D-man. If Benning goes for the surprise pick with a forward I hope he goes Kotkaniemi.

Samuelsson is gonna be a big time steal imo. I am praying to every god in existence he drops to the Canucks 2nd round pick and they take him. I seriously doubt he drops out of the first round, but hey I didn't think Lind would either and here we are.

  10. Rasmus Sandin is very underrated smart defenseman who can make that big stretch pass to spring a forward loose and create odd man rush, he’ll be a mid first round pick closer to what hockey news has
