🤔 mmmhhm, ya know when you actually slow everything down and think about the dynamics of which Stevie-Y has come in here to change the overhaul of this roster nearly 85% from just TWO YEARS AGO, let alone his whole stint here, while improving and developing, is absolutely amazing!🤌.. the only likely starting players we still have is Fabbri, Rass, Zadina and Larkin.. PERIOD!!.. even the coach is diff! 😮
We may not be fond of EVERY pick but he gets guys that definitely can play within Lalondes system.. it's just about how soon can the team gel.. but on paper this is definitely a playoff team.. IDC what anyone says.. this will be a TOUGH team to play against this upcoming season!
And IF…yes, IF… they make the playoffs they will be a tough out!.. Stevie has built this team within the trenches and "playoff built".. this is a team that's built for the grind! Similar to the Lions.. and I'm HERE FOR IT!

The team is slowly coming together but the Holl deal really isn't great. The rest of the moves, decent to great. Waiving Zadina today really sucks. Sounds like he asked to be moved, Yzerman couldn't find a taker. I wish they moved him last year but held onto him. Sucks when you know Quinn Hughes was drafted one pick after him…

Definitely a logjam of NHL players now. Lots of competition, especially for the up and coming young guys. Stevie is smart, he picked a lot of assets that could be flipped at the deadline if they struggle. Still need to pull the trigger on a 40 goal scorer, either Debrincat or Konecny
I think it was Genius to sign holl! Trade away talent. Have him with a few other busts with enough cap to stay at the Cap Floor. And still suck. Quite smart
Most of these are 1 year contracts. Berggren, Seider and Raymond are due for new contracts in 1 years.

I like fischer n kostin solid bot 6 guys, compher is perfect top 6 5.1 fair deal. My issue is sprong. Similar size to zuccarello in minney, 10yrs younger, zuccy game is falling and still a better player imo. Justin holl massive L imo

Looking at the big picture, we got better and should push past the .500 mark and maybe even playoffs. Holl was the only deal that stuck out to me, but it could still be a fair move down the line.
I like getting a little tougher. Shane a good deal. Agreeeee about Holl. Huge mistake. Leafs fans hated him. He was -7 in this year's playoffs. Alex and James good pickups. JT and Daniel are good 3rd line players. Grade B.
