After Jakub Vrana’s four-goal game for the Detroit Red Wings against the Dallas Stars, and Anthony Mantha’s red hot start for the Washington Capitals, I’m starting to think more and more that the trade made back at the 2021 NHL Trade Deadline is more of a win-win than I initially thought it was.

  1. Yo Lego I'm sorry I always miss your streams when is your next one I really do not want to miss it

  2. I think the Caps need to get a Cup run out of this trade to make this a win for them. No getting around it, they mortgaged their future (1st, 2nd and a 1.5 yr younger player) to win now. Batman!

  3. Batman. Still think it tough to say who won this trade being that both main players have a way of disappearing from time to time. I know Manta did.

  4. Apparently Vrana and Zadina auditioned for the parts of BATMAN and Robin….!! But seriously, the Czech combination is looking awesome, shame that Larkin is hurt (hopefully not seriously). I agree it's a win win. Mantha looked disengaged at times, the fact that Blashill line blended him down speaks volumes. With all of the talent around him in Washington he's going to be able to pot lots more goals and get a shot at the cup…..Vrana gets the chance to be the main man in Detroit which he's ideally suited to. I expect him to help Zadina fulfill his draft Day promise. Keep up the good work with these Wings videos!!!

  5. batman. batman could be real if there was some billonair that put enbough time reaserch and money into making his suit and gadgets. there would of course be many flaws that would be fixed over time. but we could atleast have 1 prototype

  6. I would have been willing to accept an even up trade for Mantha/Vrana. The Caps must have thought they would be on the losing side of pending RFA arbitration and get in a cap crunch.

  7. When I heard about the trade, I thought the return was definently skewed in Detroit’s favor. But I definently thought this could be a very good trade for Mantha and the Caps. And so far, it’s looking that way. Without the pressure of being the number 1 guy, Mantha is thriving. Great pick up for the Caps. And I hope they and Mantha can win a cup.

Batman is the best DC hero!

  8. Nice video, I think this is the right time we all start investing in Crypto because it has really helped me pay off some of my Bill's recently.

  9. Washington won big time. Vrana was never getting played a lot in DC and Panik is easily replaceable. Those picks may never play in the NHL. Picks below 10 you never know. Mantha looks amazing with Backstrom and Oshie. Relaxed and effective. Maybe Detroit wins in its way but the caps got rid of two players and got one they really need for another serious cup run. Mantha will need to be at his best the next ten weeks.

  10. I got admit Mantha pretty good but vrana was one of the first player I watch when got into hockey so he's one my favorite players on the caps beside ovi so I hope both player do pretty well

  11. You mean to tell me that Yzerman DIDNT fleece Washington like I said the day this trade went down? W I L D. Absolutely wild.
