[Lance Lysowski] Brett Murray is back with the Sabres on a one-year, two-way contract. He’ll compete for a roster spot with Rousek, Kulich, Savoie, Weissbach, Biro and others. Murray can’t go back to Rochester without waivers. Situation to monitor in camp:

I really want Murray to force his way onto the roster. He’s huge, can intimidate other players and can score. I love the speed and skill guys but it would be good to have a mix playing styles.
Ugh why, he’s fricken clueless in his D zone, and is good offensively. He better prove he’s improved or he can go elsewhere
I don’t exactly know why but I’m a big fan of Murray. He got called up 2 seasons ago for a stint and I remember he got a few goals that were all hard work-type goals. I’m rooting for him to maybe elbow his way in if someone on the 4th line goes out for a bit.
I’m hoping he’s healthy for preseason. After he was called up last season, he wasn’t the same player when he was sent back down. Seemed less physical.
