Yes he hooked him and should have had a penalty. But "grabs him and spins him around" yeah, no. As you can see, when Pettersson was hooked, he stopped and their legs got tangled together and that's why they fall.

I just got a Hockey News magazine and it said that the stars are getting taken advantage of. I know a simple solution. Bring back the enforcers. Guys like Alex Gallant, Luke Gazdic, and Jared Tinordi are just some of the guys in the AHL that just having on the bench will make the opposition think twice.
