  1. In an interview pettersson himself said it wasn’t a dirty play…yet there were literally death threats from some canucks fans on kotkaniemi’s instagram…wow

  2. ''grabs him, spins him around''

i guess we are watching a different game 😂😂

  3. Sportsnet, outclassed by literally every other sporting network.

  4. gary bettman should be fired! elias is going to be wrestled/slammed down hard again very soon if the Canucks don't get a GINO/BRASHEAR to get some RESPECT to protect the great E.P.
E.P. won't last very long w/ the brutality he has already faced so far. (LINDEN style of hockey will only leave the Canucks getting beaten down and left w/o the next best thing since GRETZKY)
E.P. may be the greatest Canuck ever and they're going to lose him if they don't wake up and protect him because bettman and the refs are incompetent.

  5. People need to chill out! It was an accident and Kotkaniemi already apologize and even Petterson said that wasn't dirty play.

  6. Not a dirty play – from a Canuck a fan. The hook should have been called though… Hope he comes back soon!

  7. Yes he hooked him and should have had a penalty. But "grabs him and spins him around" yeah, no. As you can see, when Pettersson was hooked, he stopped and their legs got tangled together and that's why they fall.

  8. Hooking call might have been in order.
But missed hooking call is not much of scandal in that game situation.

  9. I just got a Hockey News magazine and it said that the stars are getting taken advantage of. I know a simple solution. Bring back the enforcers. Guys like Alex Gallant, Luke Gazdic, and Jared Tinordi are just some of the guys in the AHL that just having on the bench will make the opposition think twice.

  10. and now Pettersson is an NHL star while Kotkaniemi is struggling in the AHL ahahahahha karma.
