Boston Bruins prospect Dougie Hamilton comes from a family deeply rooted in sports. His parents were Olympians and his brother was a San Jose Sharks prospect. At the 2012 NHLPA Rookie Showcase, the Toronto native talks about growing up in a sports-centered household, being the OHL and CHL defenseman of the year, and how excited he is for the next big step – the NHL.

To bad we didn't get any Malcom Subban this year. But you're still going to tease us with awesome prospects that aren't even going to have a season? Cool guys. At least I can still watch Chara tear it up in the KHL.
