With Jakob Chychrun being a healthy scratch on Saturday due to ongoing trade talks, Frank Seravalli and Jason Gregor discuss the rumours surrounding the Arizona Coyotes Defenceman.
Apparently the snag is LA trying to send Cal as part of the package. My guess is LA already has the Chychrun part of the deal locked down, and the Vejmelka part of the package is holding things up. Hence why Chyrchun is sitting until he’s traded and Vejmelka hasn’t been announced as sitting yet.
Coyotes are still trying to more assets from LA, but Kings aren't biting. Petersen and Vejmelka swap has to be separate, but Kings have eat the majority of Cal's Salary or throw in another asset or NHL ready player like Turcotte or Kupari.

guy is now out of the lineup for 2 weeks. no matter what happens, this has been a ridiculously huge insult to Coyote fans and especially people who bought tickets to see him play. i honestly don't see how sitting the guy out 2 weeks is acceptable.
