Most of the Oilers have a fundamental problem when back checking they never keep their head on a swivel looking to pick up the closest player to them while back checking. This is a defensive coaching issue. Until we fix this our 5 v 5 is gonna be our downfall again. It seems to be that we have a laziness or some sort of mental block. GO OILERS GO
