If Montreal stays healthy, the last 4-5 teams in the Atlantic have a shot at making the playoffs. I'm giving it to Buffalo. Tampa Bay falls out of the playoffs – lack of depth, burnout.
I think, with improvement on the injury front, that Montreal could go to 7th in the Atlantic. I could see Ottawa drop into last in the Atlantic.
I don't think the Habs will have the same problems with injuries as there were in the past two seasons. I also think there will be more attack in their game.

I wouldn’t be shocked if the Rangers miss either. It would serve them right for trying to rush the rebuild.
TB is dropping. Buffalo is the one to watch. That D could be vastly improved. They have to prove it, but Power should be more solid.

My biggest hot take of the 2023-24 season:
Tampa will miss the playoffs because their depth is a major issue that will hurt them
I honestly don't seet the wings finishing that bad. My biggest concern is there goal tending
Vegas is going back to back
I think canucks might edge out seattle and even give LA a run for their money just with the star power, injured players returning and defensive liabilities gone

The STARS should be considered cup favorites. They loaded up in free agency to a already good team. Go STARS!
