  1. I don't know many people that say "you mean" instead of "I mean". Nothing wrong with that, just not a common thing I hear everyday.

  2. I liked Tyler's focus on player development. Development is crucial after making solid player selections. The relationship between the organization and developing players is so important. Fans were critical of Holland for moving Dylan Wells for futures. In my mind, the organization decided that Wells wasn't part of the equation and found him another opportunity to try to fulfill his dream. I think this is classy and shows respect for the players. When players see this, I think that it creates respect for an organization. I like the culture Holland has created, and I was glad to see Tyler Wright speaking the same language. It says to me that culturally the organization is moving in the right direction.

  3. I think we did pretty alright on day 2, considering we didn't have a 2nd or a 4th. Munzenberger, Chiasson and Petrov all have a shot in a few years. Petrov could be a steal. He dropped a lot for some reason, but has loads of skill
