Calling all football fans! The Two Old Bloggers, Darren and Dave, discuss T.J. Hockenson’s potential to have the greatest season by a Vikings tight end ever! Plus, they cover rumors about Dalvin Cook’s offer, Justin Jefferson’s QB list, Kirk Cousins on Netflix’ “Quarterback’, and take a closer look at free agent D.J. Wonnum. Don’t miss out on all things Vikings football!

In this episode, Darren and Dave discuss T.J. Hockenson’s potential to have the greatest season by a Vikings tight end ever. With a total of 86 catches for 914 yards and six touchdowns in just 10 games, Hockenson has already made an impressive start with the Vikings. But can he surpass the records set by previous Viking tight ends? The guys dive into the most catches, most receiving yards, and most touchdown catches by a Viking tight end in a single season and explore whether Hockenson can surpass them.

That’s not all! They also cover rumors about Dalvin Cook’s offer and whether or not the Vikings will bring him back. They discuss Justin Jefferson’s QB list and whether Kirk Cousins deserves to be on it. Then does Kirk being on Netflix’s ‘Quarterback’ bring you warm fuzzy feelings and will it make a difference in his play? Do you care? And finally, they take a closer look at free agent D.J. Wonnum and whether or not he’ll be re-signed by the Vikings.

  1. He'll have to play at a high level for The Vikes for a bunch of years to even approach Steve Jordan.

  2. I know a lot of tough people, much like Kirk Cousins, but I wouldn't want them playing QB for my Vikings. Kirk is a good guy, likeable, smart, accurate, tough, and many other qualities I'm sure…..but I don't want him to be our QB, because he's got a ceiling to his game, he almost never performs well in the biggest moments of the biggest games, and he can't make enough winning plays to carry a deficient team deep into the playoffs. We need a cheap, young, Rookie QBOTF to build around to take this team to another level.
