  1. I think it would be a harder choice if it were Matthew tkachuk vs Elias Pettersson, but I'd take Pettersson over Brady any day

  2. Prepare for trouble and make it double. I will go with EP, especially for now it becomes a memes (double the EP)

  3. Pettersson. And Matt would depend on what kind of team we had and what we needed. I don’t think if we swapped the 2 as of right now it would make the team that much better. We’d lose a centre, and depth down the middle would be severely compromised. We had too many wingers.

  4. The problem with this comparison (that I'm not dissing) is that Brady's job is not to be the elite scorer, that's Stuzles role. Game 7, 20 sec left, up 3-2. I want Brady. Down 3-2, I take Pettersson Offensive zone, I still take Brady because Stuzles ther. I understand we're comparing 1 on 1 but the reality is that it's a team sport. Pettersson did score a lot of shorthanded goal's but it was the worst PK in league history during Boudreau's reign and 20th with Tocchet. Ottawa was 14th. I shall give my un-requested opinion. DRAW.

  5. What a stupid question. Pettersson is a star. A legitimate star. Brady Tkachuk is a good player, but he sure a/f ain't a star. Pettersson is a point a game player over his career, and has never been a minus player. Brady Tkachuk is WELL under a point a game player, and has never been a plus player in his NHL career. Pettersson is a center, and Tkachuk is a left winger. Stupid question, move along.

  6. i wouldn't take matthew tkachuk over EP40 let alone brady. pettersson makes whoever he's playing with better. tkachuk not so much.

  7. Peterssen or B. Tkachuk? Depends I guess.

If I am building an NHL playoff team I'd take Brady all day, if I am building a figure skating squad I'd take Petterssen all day every day.

  8. Can argue that Petey was throwing some hits too 74 total hits and one was to take away the puck from a tough d man and score if I recall he may not be physical but sneaky timely at doing so which the Sedin's have lacked.

I won't be surprised if Petey starts hitting more to try to get the puck honestly, not more than Brady and Mathew. Obviously, gotta give the win to Petey there he can do a lot more skill and everything I think.. It's a good argument though all of them are good players.

  9. The honest answer is that it's too soon to tell. I feel Brady will be better than Petey in their primes but that's still 5 years away.

  10. 7:00 not totally wrong but power forwards usually hit their stride later then skilled guys. This past season is just the beginning of what brady can be. Hes finally comfortable in his bigger frame and will start to be able to polish other areas of his game and become more skilled. He doesn’t need to work on his skating or getting more coordinated. That happened this past year. Don’t be surprised if he takes a huge jump. Especially with Stützle just getting going.
