Actually I think big pressure is on Woodcroft. Think about it. Holland gives you pieces. Woodcroft controls the pieces on the ice. If they don't perform on the ice Woody (and Manson) are to blame. Great vid as always. Take care all.
holland has no pressure he's gonna retire after this year anyway and Oilers still aren't a cup contender (not till we get an elite Dman, or Mcdavid and Draisaitl start giving a fuck about defense)
McDavid said at this point this is a cap or bust and he is getting more frustrated when he gets close and the team can't get the job done, this team needs to be confident and consistent.. and specifically the goaltenders if the goalies are not on there game and being consistent then I believe it's going to fail.. but the team needs to pick up and be better and fix the mistakes

Hollands not a good GM in the cap era…he has put us against the cap wall every year….need a new GM with new ideas
