Without addressing the goal tending and defense, Holland has done absolutely nothing to improve the team. Rearranging the deck chairs on the titanic.

Gregor tweeted the day Lavoie signed that Lavoie thinks he’ll get picked up on waivers if the Oilers try to send him down. So I guess he plans on making an NHL salary somewhere. We’ll see.

last year was maybe the best team theyve had and it looks like they'll keep subtracting slowly for the next few years due to the cap.

A couple of things that favors Lavoie is he is right shot, can snipe one-timer, and he is 6'4"
