  2. He beat dorian yates. Who probably had the best back on history…..but lee haney body is bigger and better than arnold ever could have been.

  3. Lee says he came from an era when the bodybuilders had to have legs. Sorry Lee, you may be right on muscle maturity, but definitely not on that one. Arnold is the prime example that bodybuilders didn't have to have legs back then, today's competitors have much bigger legs than you and fellow bodybuilders had back in your day

  4. After Haney bodybuilding went down hill for me. Fitness went out of the game. Mass monsters look unhealthy 😅

  5. Top Mr. O’s ranked by physique:
    1. Lee Haney
    2. Ronnie Coleman
    3. Jay Cutler
    4. Phil Heath
    5. Arnold Scwarzenegger
    6. Dorian Yates

Top Mr. O’s ranked by personality:
    1. Lee Haney
    2. Ronnie Coleman
    3. Dorian Yates
    4. Jay Cutler
    5. Phil Heath
    6. Arnold Schwarzenegger

    Just my humble opinion…

  6. He mentions Robbie at the start along side Arnold and Frank Zane, etc. who's robbie? Robby Robinson?

  7. It’s crazy how he’s an 8x Mr. Olympia and still healthy and then you have legends like Ronnie coleman who are absolutely destroyed

  8. Everyone speaks about legs being so important and yet you still see people in the gym looking like they are walking on stilts and they are never in there killing legs.

  9. Funny he tells the story about going into World Gym for the first time and seeing Eddie and then Joe and showing them his legs. The first time I walked into that same World Gym I saw Eddie too and then Joe and there was a huge guy over at the squat rack squatting, training his legs. Super wide shoulders and back, very smal waist, and beer barrel legs. I asked, “who is that?” Eddie said, “That’s Lee Haney.” And Joe added, “That’s the next Mr Olympia. It was the summer of 1984.

  10. The new guys look horrible. Conditioning looks awful and they are so disproportionately huge that they actually look fat. Size took over meaning, symmetry and aesthetics.

  11. Don't know if Haney's BB advice is geared toward roid users or natural bodybuilders. It'd be stupid for a natty to train calves more than three times a week.
