I like how the whole Galchenyuk situation becomes a reason for Keller to want out. A fourth liner at best who does something stupid is apparently a reason to just tear everything down right after it was already torn down.

Yeah, they’d take Kuzy in a trade for Kells. 🤦♂️

Ah yes, the “dumpster fire Arizona Coyotes” lol. All of these tropes are so old and unnecessary at this point.
Edit— read through the remaining handful of paragraphs and have determined that the entire article was unnecessary. Just a handful of tired jabs at the franchise and baseless speculation. Nice.

Yeah, that’s a pretty “out of touch” article. Not just for the AZ aspects, but the “maybe”s they throw out.
Probably just delusional optimism, since the context is them trying to rationalize their team getting Keller, but delusional enough that it’s better left unpublished. Clayton “Ride or Die With AZ” Keller isn’t going to pull an about-face on all the public support and insistence on staying in AZ because…a random depth/minimum signing goes on a rampage that has nothing to do with the team?
Pretty large leap to conflate Galchenyuk’s drunken implosion as being a flaw with the Coyotes franchise. Team signed the dude to a minimum “last chance” contract to give him one last shot in the league, he blew it immediately, they cut ties with him immediately. Pretty clean on the Coyotes part – they tried to give a down-and-out player another chance and he blew it.
