We are in an endless cycle of the same stories and same seasons. I have never seen such a repetitive timeline year after year. This is nuts. If the team doesn’t start performing it needs to be blown out to the core. Nothing left. I can’t deal with the repetition. If the team doesn’t start performing it needs to be blown out to the core.

I still believe in Boeser, he’s only 2 seasons removed from looking like the best player on the team. After all the shit he’s gone through, I believe he can return to that form.

just give me rookie Brock

I noticed he wasn’t in Da Beauty League lineup and then Tocchet’s interview came out saying Brock is working with someone new. Seems like it’s the first time we read about him having a new off-season plan specifically targeting his conditioning issues.
I hope they can finally find the perfect routine for him to be ready for the season because the talent to be one of our best players is there and he was amazing in 2021, it’s not too late

It’s obviously a big year for Brock, but he’s easily the biggest bounce-back candidate on the roster.
It’s easy to succumb to recency bias, but over his ~400 career games Boeser’s been a really solid contributor. If he can get back to being a threat, he’ll move the needle for Van.
His injury issues seem to be in the past (he’s played in 92% of games over a 3 year stretch). Seems his mental health is in a better place.

Hell yeah, I believe in Brock. Takes the summer to condition himself with a new trainer? Sign me up. He did look good after Tocchet came in. There’s hope.

I know it sounds like Groundhog Day with this story but Boeser’s career to date has been one calamity after another between his personal struggles and relentless chain of injuries. A healthy season, motivated off season training regimen and quality deployment could very easily see him smash his career highs. For all their limitations as a franchise this team can still goose the scoring totals of offensively minded players. Challenge for Brock will be how PP1 time is distributed and how much time he sees alongside Pettersson, Hughes and Miller with the extra man.

I’m excited for Brock to have a fresh start with this upcoming season. He’s going to be a beast, and – more importantly – he’s going to start to live a happier life again.
Brock with a ppg average this year, lfg.

> “If he gets to another level, he could be a force for us. He has to play a little more predictable and know where to go. I saw him chase down a loose puck for an empty-net goal. I’ve never seen a faster guy. So, it’s there.” Rick Tocchet
my guy turned into Pavel Bure for an empty net goal, wish he put the same level of effort on the forecheck, points are not everything

He’s such a good guy that I do truly hope he can rebound his career. He’s already gone through so much. I do hope we see a better form of him this coming season, but ultimately that is upto him.
