DOPS is inconsistent and is a joke. Chara looks up at Kane and then targets his head with his shoulder, I get he is a foot taller but he could've played the puck instead of taking a cheap shot at a player high. The refs weren't going to call anything so Kane has to defend himself and thats why he went after Chara. Punches didn't even land when they were dancing my ears are bleeding because Jack Edwards is awful.
