Rasmus Sandin can't play defense and has trouble outscoring his mistakes. John Klingberg for nothing and we passed on Erik Gustafsson for nothing and we got a 1st rounder for Sandin. There is no way A guy who scores as much as he does should be the kind of minus player he is. He is possibly the worst skating defenseman I have ever seen in the NHL.
It’s mind boggling how the bar set for Sandin to make the line regularly was higher than the rest of the D core and their egregious mistakes in play they would continually make. He was never given a chance when other had expired theirs long ago but for whatever reason remained in the lineup. Good on him to request the move…and yet another display of poor management and development of prospects by the Leafs.
He can pass it to OVI so he is a STUD
Funny how Lego leaves out he was a -7 in 19gms & most of those 15P he had were on the PP

Easton Cowan didnt get much playing time in the beginning of last season. But once the London Knights coaching staff gave him the playing time they thought he deserved bcuz his hard work, he trived & thts what I look forward to seeing next season. A full year of top6 minutes on a pretty good OHL team
