  2. The thing about McDavid is that he can literally choose what type of season he wants to have. What type of player he wants to be. I'm sure that the "routine" will be around 40 goals, 80 assists. But he could be a 60 goal scorer if he wanted to be, or felt he needed to be. Honestly, if he decided to be really selfish (or just totally commit to goal-scoring), I wouldn't be surprised if he hit 70…

  3. Pavel Datsyuk also did that often it's not hard just clever what's annoying is dumb biased home team commentators who try to suggest it was an accident or fluke ..like " oh McDavid went to pass it out in front and ended up going in off the goalie"
