Since it’s offseason shitpost time, I wanted to discuss goal songs. If this thread gets back to any of the players, what song would you hope they to use?
I think the song “Do Ya Wanna Taste It” by Wig Wam is begging to be a goal song. It was famously used as “Peacemaker” theme song on Max. It’s a perfect hair metal anthem, and despite the title, it’s a completely innocuous song. IMO the perfect goal song.
So if you could lobby a player, what song would you suggest?

Love Sculpture is a Welsh blues rock band that was active from 1966-1970. They were led by Dave Edmunds and best known for a 1968 high speed cover version of “Sabre Dance” that reached #5 on the UK singles chart in December of 1968. *That* should be our song. There’s also a version of it live from Sevilla Spain that’s pretty great.

I had found that Sabre Dance live version on a DVD I checked out of the library years ago… then it took me a while to find it online when I remembered years later. Think it mightve been on an “Eric Clapton & Friends” DVD and it opened with that and I was like “what the fuck?!?!” and couldn’t shut up about it for a week
