Yet again, the Oilers completely ignore their AHL defense in the off-season. Even if they get Bouchard back, he and Ekholm are going to single-handedly carry that defense to a Cup. But hey, lets keep signing more forwards they don't need. It's not like they already have three 100+ point scorers or anything.
I could see Campbell making a big come back this year. Skinner should also move forward.

As a Blackhawks fan, I’d love to see Jonny come back for the Oilers. He still had glimmers of his old self the past couple years, but the hawks relied on him too much. He was over played to a point and suffered because of it. In a smaller more specific role with more sheltered minutes, I think he could really shine. He’s still got his skills, his gas is just running out.
