  2. Legendary… Waited till Ventura got within half a step to him throw glove down in motion to the headlock beat down

  3. Ventura emerged from that headlock/melee without a scratch or a hair out of place. For quite a spell the camera was glued to him, and he didn't look any the worse for wear. Just the normal amount of discomfiture; natural, given the circumstances. By the way, he'd make an excellent Clark Kent/Superman.

  4. About the only thing that could have made this better was for Ryan to get right back on the mound……and immediately hit another batter. 😂

  7. They didn't "Duke it out." Nolan Ryan punched him in the head six or seven times. Greatest baseball fight EVER.
