Aww I’m glad they both are ok. It would have been nice if they went together, but at least the little guy has a new home, and the big guy is feeling much better I hope he gets adopted soon. I’ve worked in many animal shelters over the years, and it’s hard to get a fully grown dog adopted 😔 everyone rushes in for the puppies and kittens , and then you have 10 year residents.
I have the utmost respect for people who pay the ridiculous vet cost just to help a random injured dog that's not even theirs. Props to you guys, I would just take it to a vet and run, f**k paying for that s**t.
They should have been adopted together. I have seen cases of where you are required to adopt both or go for another dog instead since the dogs have a connection…
