Scott Wheeler’s 2020 NHL Draft re-draft and ranking review

Raymond #3 and Wallinder #30 (way too low for his potential). Other notable Detroit picks from that year: Cross Hanas, Emil Viro, and Theodore Niederbach.

30 is completely fair for Wallinder. Almost everyone Wheeler has in front of him has played NHL games. Hell he has Luke Evangalista at 26 and he had 15 points in 24 games for Nashville last year.

Man if they would’ve changed the draft odds rules a year sooner we would’ve had Stutzle.

Rule is now the worst team in the league can only drop 2 spots to 3. Before it was 3 spots hence us picking 4th.

Imagine a world where 2 top Germans and good friends playing with each other in Stu and Seider.

    Fuck the NHL

I would take Mercer or Jarvis at 4 lol

I still really like the Raymond pick. I think as time goes on he’ll be the second best player in his draft.
