The Detroit media is very critical to everyone and everything regarding the team.
Most have nothing better to say and won't do the homework necessary to have a logical reasoning for the constant criticism ….. Lazy is the only way to describe it.
Always questioning what they don't have and never content with what they do.
Why would we sign Willis when Sudfeld seems to be decent and they drafted Hooker Hendon?

You draft talent. Lions had 17 players with 1st round grades. 4 are now lions. Wow. They did OK. To many good lbs gives you trade bait. And no to the qb.

His criticism is about right he's already blew a bunch of money he's let his fellow teammates down for not being there I mean you learn from that but he's got to have tougher skin don't listen to anybody
Taking a flyer on Willis is not a bad thing. The guy will be competing for a roster spot. You should have competition for QB3 to make sure they keep pushing themselves. Why not bring in a dude who can help the team against more mobile QBs? People act like he’s coming in to become the started geez

I disagree that he gets criticized too much. He was drafted 12th overall, not the 3rd round, not an undrafted free agent, but 12th overall. Plus the lions traded up to get him. Gotta produce more than 1 catch and one carry and get suspended 6 games in your first season. He played in 6 games. Thats a third of the season. Its the NFL, which stands for not for long. Put your big boy pants on and produce on the field. If you can't, bye bye. Its not rocket science. People didnt have that much passion for Swift and he actually produced NFL numbers when he played. Compare Swift's stats to Jamo's stats. Yet everyone wanted Swift gone but Jamo is the lions savior? Make it make sense.
