   Man Kyle sure gave him a nice end of career bonus to go into the sunset. It's almost like Kyle is representing players going into negotiations. All Kyle's guys are very well taken care of.

    Think the Leafs had pretty good goaltending last year & Leafs are doing the right thing here. Can’t really expect NHL goalies to play with head injury issues.

    Just another cap circumvention scam by a washed up goalie and a poorly managed hockey team. Great for Murray the wimp and the Toronto Maple Laffs. Screw you Ottawa, you shouldn't have stupidly retained salary on this loser…enjoy your $1.5625m in dead cap space. lol

    The league REALLY needs to put an end to this scammy crap. Murray and Price are RETIRED hockey players that everyone pretends could play at some point in the future. It makes the league into a joke by allowing big market teams to manipulate their own salary cap ceilings.

    BTW 100% chance Murray makes a MIRACULOUS recovery in time for the playoffs IF the team suddenly finds themselves without a healthy or effective goalie when they need one. This scam needs to be put to an end so that teams like Tampa, Vegas, Montreal, and Toronto can't just spend way past the so called "cap" and then deploy a team that'd have been impossible as soon as the playoffs start. NOT A REAL LEAGUE.

    I said it months ago… They will not buy out Matt Murray – because the buy out would cost them $2M against the cap next season when they need to resign Matthews and Nylander. All this talk of a Matt Murray buy-out was just nonsense.

    After reading the comments here I now understand why you got Avery on the show. Meathead nation should be the name of this show. The culture of fans you have aquired is the reason hockey is not gaining in popularity anymore. Its hard to tell the difference between UFC fans nowadays. This sport used to have players like Wayne and Mario that helped grow the sport without the internet calling them.out for being soft.
