The Montreal Canadiens are on their way to signing former St. Louis Blues goalscoring forward Mike Hoffman.

    Now, we need a first class center. Evans with 4 commotions.. i say we trade, along with Drouin.

    Drouin will be traded before series ‘22 starts.

    I really like this signing. MB seems to be addressing the areas of the team that need attention. I like both the Salary and the term for this contract, and I think he'll fit good somewhere in the top 6. Only thing I could maybe see now is adding maybe 1 more somewhat experienced center into the mix. Wingers are fine as they are. Good work by MB.

    Don't know how the Ottawa Senators feel about this signing. Mike Hoffman was traded from Ottawa to as far away as Florida in order to settle the acrimony between Hoffman's fiancee and Erik Karlsson's wife. Surprisingly, he is now back in the Atlantic division.

    We'v got .Paquette,Savard,Wideman and Hoffman.

    The scale is balancing as well I think.💭.

    Very simple.
    We had 3 guys doing most of the offence. Too easy to shut down.

    Now we have more variation.

    we will probably have more trades during the offseason.

    Poeling is also going to be in the lineup.

    As a panthers fan I can tell you habs fans first hand, you got an absolute sniper! Dude has the most beautiful wrist shot and a heavy slap. Buddy goes top shelf all day where grandma hides the cookies. Lazy on D but don’t worry about it he’s not that bad. He can get 30+ goals no problem with a couple of good set up men but he does need that. Barkov and huby would dangle the puck down low then pass back up top to Hoffman andddd GOAL! haha I saw it so many times

    Mike Hoffman is a fantastic pick up for Montreal. Plus like Dadonov who will have a bounce back season, I expect the same thing with Mike Hoffman.

    Edit : that leaves byron evans anderson as line 3, and armia poehling lehkonen as line 4
