Obviously, the key to success in winning the Stanley Cup is stacking the team with Swedes.

Haha, Nick was a defender, too.

Fun fact: All 81 of Johan Franzen’s points were scored in one series against the Avs.

4 out of 10 were career Red Wings, nice. Alfredsson on there also.

Wings LEGEND, Daniel Alfredsson. I dont know if it should be surprising, but only two active players being there kinda surprises me.

It’s almost criminal how much Mats Sundin’s career was wasted on the Leafs. 500 goals and only 80 playoff points.

Wild to see no Sedins on this list. But man do I love Homer getting recognition.

Franzen has more playoff points than either of the Sedin twins. That’s wild.

5 of the 10 are former Red Wings? Nice…

The mule is still my most beloved wing. The only jersey I currently own. It’s such a shame his career was cut short with injury.

Homer goggles on maybe a bit but if you put Lidstrom in the 70s he would absolutely dummy trashcan Orr. Bobby Orr revolutionized the defenseman position but Lidstrom was nicknamed perfect in an era with much more talented opposition, and I will stand by that. Lidstrom in his prime would be a top defenseman present day too.

Can’t be mad about that
