The crazy thing is, back in 2015, Eichel went second overall and McDavid went first! Eichel has a cup but McDavid does not.
Just like in the 2009 draft, Hedman went second overall and he has 2 cups. Tavares went first overall, no cup. I guess for some prospects, going second overall brings you good luck!
