    Meal 1 – 20 eggs (scrambled), 3 steak, 100 g brown rice and 1 litre of milk
    Meal 2 – 200 grams oatmeal, 1 glass of fruit smoothie (5 apple and 5 banana in blender)

  8. I see these videos as sad. I'm old enough to remember Nasser, etc. He sounds the same as Dallas rip as he can't even get his breath when he is talking. I feel sorry for these young guys trapped in their world thinking everything will be ok. I wish him the best of luck in life.

  9. I competed for 20 years and I've seen guys get nose bleeds during training and its not a good sign . It does not indicate that he's simply training excessively hard . It indicates that the gear is affecting him in negative ways . Hes a tremendous bodybuilder with a lot of potential but at what ultimate price

  13. He looked great at 195, for me the Classic is the future. He should forget about the conventional Mr. O, I now see it as nothing but a deadly spearhead of a corrupting BB culture that’s ironically decimating many competitors health, condemning them to a crippled life and an early gave.

  14. Ok I disagree he will be a mr Olympia. I don’t see him getting up there to be that size. Even at the Arnold he was a step behind that top group and that’s after he has put on a ton of size. I don’t think his frame can hold the size he needs and be shredded.
