  1. Hi Eddie, I agree that the kings overpaid for dubois a bit, what do you think would have been considered a fair trade on the kings side? Iafallo , kupari and a second without vilardi? I really wish we still had vilardi. He was one of my favorite players to watch. I think I made my peace with the players we lost by looking at the amount of prospects who could be ready In the near future to take a leap such as kaliyev who i think could be a solid third line Option with potential for a 50 point season . Secondly, Alex turcotte ,if he can still healthy, could be solid depth and contribute in the bottom lines. Not to mention fagemo looks primed for some minutes too. I think either way the kings needed to shed some cap and had too many prospects with not enough roster spots for opportunity prior to this trade. It was a necessary sacrifice, especially with the vilardi injury concerns.

  2. If Eric portillo has a great season for the reign, do the kings give him a shot next year for a starting role ,at least a 1b role, considering we have no one signed past next season at goalie .
