Bettman is a tool and a turd, and isn't intelligent enough to ban wilson for his cheap shots and attacks – usually on smaller players – but hopefully he'll get his face bashed in enough and will stop the crap.

He should have signed with a real competitor… Ducks, Pens, (even though he already played there.) Wilson obviously didn't want to fight a legend who is close to retirement. The linesmen stepped in because Wilson wasn't fighting. I watch every Caps game I can. I know how Big Willy fights. He doesn't fight like this. He may lose a lot but in this fight he didn't even try to hit Iginla.
Iginla was a beast in his prime. He could beat you any way he wanted. Offensively gifted, defensively smart, and he could lay a beating on anyone not named Boogaard.
Old school (iggy) vs new school (Wilson) ….. wilson was young here but he he was still 6ā3ā 225 lbs and Iginala let him off the hook. Wendel Clark was 18-19 yrs old 5ā11ā 190 lbs standing toe to toe with Behn Wilson and Bob Probert the two toughest guys the nhl ever saw.

Refs broke it up because the little kid had lost his helmet. Iginla might have ended Wilson's season right there if they hadn't. I wish they'd have let the fight go to the ice. The NHL would be much better for it today, with Wilson roaming around some beer league.
