Caps don't need anybody. Caps need to use young players from Hershey to top 6 forward. Use them to develop them to full players.I hope new coaches with new voices to see how powerplay and defense be

It’s probably best if the Caps pick high again next year..and gain some draft picks at the trade deadline-so long term I’m hoping we play the youngsters, and trade the older guys.
The Caps NEED to retool and they don't want to admit it, Its sad to say but Ovi can't carry the team alone, bring up some Hershey guys, trade the bad contracts of Mantha and Kuznetsov etc, 2024 is quite a deep draft not as 2023, but still quite deep Eiserman or Celebrini wouldn't be bad for the caps considering we missed out on Bedard

I guess I think differently than most fans. Big contracts, besides Ovie's and Carly's, are gone in 2 years. Many young prospects will have matured. This will be a rebuild, even if Caps brass do not use the term. 2 years from now the Caps will be in an enviable position.
