Some more good praise of Gauthier in this article, too. I know every fan base gets hyped on their own prospects, but it is feeling more and more like Fletcher and Flahr really saw something special in Gauthier and are being proven right. Gauthier seems to get as much attention in the national hockey media as Slafkovsky, Wright, and Cooley.
Imagine if we look back in ten years and realize that the guys we picked at 5OA in 2022 and 7OA in 2023 end up being near the very, very top of their classes in re-drafts.
