I like a trade with AZ for Bjugstad and Gostisbehere or Chychrun. It works with the cap room. That would Mean a healthy D core would be Maker, Toews, Byrum, Manson, Girard, Englund and either Gostisbehere or Chychrun.

I honestly just don't like Monahan.
I’m with a few of the people below, I’d be kinda angry if we made this move. First off, the whole team is having injury issues, so adding a guy who’s literally injured at this time doesn’t make sense. 2nd, i can’t seem to figure out where/how he would fit into our lineup. Combine that with his salary and what the Habs likely will want in return, and this becomes a hard pass. Many, many better options exist for close to or the same price as what Monahan will. Great video tho, it’s good to see all this info in one spot. keep it up, DNVR rocks it on Avs coverage!
