People forget that deshaun watson was fucking terrible last year. why are we penalizing russ in adp for his one bad year saying hes cooked when he has been great pretty much every year of his career? But deshaun literally hadnt played in 2 years and came back so trash. I dont understand why the people that argue for his cause use the 2 year hiatus as a GOOD thing. It is quarterback, the hardest position in all of sports. that requires an insane amount of practice and mental focus. Even if he isn't cooked, what is his upside!? QB5?? And he is being drafted as qb 8 or 9, so is it really that great of a value? I am not saying he will be as bad as last year… but I dont see how he can make the jump back up to what he was.
Tua is guaranteed top 12 finish if healthy.. this list is pretty bad imo

I might be crazy, but I think Rodgers is going to ball out of his mind. (Or at least try to) And If ever the man has had the motivation to do so, I would think it is now. I mean, you guys said it, he is STILL elite with his ball placement and to say he checked out last year and was just dink and dunk and wouldn’t take any shots….his FIRST play from scrimmage last year was a perfect drop in the bucket to Watson on that go route and he just dropped it. That play set the tone for the entire year. His best receiver was Aaron jones. We all know Doubs and Mercedes Lewis aren’t exactly out there creating separation and Watsons drop rate was outrageous when the guy would run the correct route!
For two straight years with ONE real weapon (Adams) he turned out back to back MVP seasons…and the jets (unfortunately or fortunately depending on how you look at it) look a lot like GB did in those two years. Wilson/Adams Lazard/Lazard Breece/Jones…. I mean, do we really think NY brought him over to NOT throw the football all over the yard?
I’m just sayin, you mean to tell me I can draft a guy who can easily jump into that top 7/5 as a QB who technically isn’t even ranked to be drafted as a starter in a 12 man league?
This EXACT scenario played out with Brady when he left NE and everyone started saying he’s a product of belichek’s success and system…that he was cooked…didn’t Brady finish as QB 1/2/3 that first year in TB? Elite talent is always Elite talent. Peyton to Denver, Brady to TB, Rodgers to NY.

Umm Kyler Murray still exist and although he has been injured the last two seasons if you looked at average fantasy points per game he was in the Top 7 both years and in 2021 averaged more points per game than Mahomes. Not a fan of this list

I just watched Watson week 18 lasy year totally BRUTAL. Lawrence in his last week totally on fire….I'm not at all convinced that Watson is magically going to be fixed his accuracy was very questionable.
Just remember Richardson started college season last year with zero TDS and 6 INTS. The NFL Will eat him up with his accuracy issues. He is will be benched rather quickly throwing picks at that rate. He's a perfect QB for Cbs to bait into horrible decision making. Can he run for his life sure…but throwing Picks will take away all his points. I think a year learning on the bench would be very helpful he looks nowhere ready to me.
