I think Detroit is too high. Only one line maybe 2 lines depending on who is on wing. I think Toronto is going to be a lot higher than 100.
That roster builder is a really fun idea. The projected WAR based on the past 3 seasons has some glaring weaknesses though when it comes to young players or rebuilding teams, like we can see with Buffalo and to a certain extent Montreal and Ottawa. I'm sure New Jersey would be predicted as way weaker than what is reasonable as well because of how they and their players performed 2-3 years ago.

I'll say this. Sens are going toe to toe with det. Buf will most definitely be better than 81 pts. No way they're that low. I'll be surprised if tor doesn't get 110 pts and win the div. Mtl is bad but Tampa will go with det and Sen. Bos will probably get above 100 pts

Zero chance wings improve 17 pts from last year. I have them at 85 pts this year. Ottawa only improves 2 pts from last year? Ottawa I have at 93pts
Something ain't right if it's got Husso better than Korpisalo and Forsberg. Husso was 57th out of 62 goalies with 20 games or more last year in GSAx with a -14.7. Having an offensive WAR in the negatives for a third line with two guys who scored 20 goals last year is also extremely questionable.
Greg is clearly just hating on Ottawa, Ryan is much more logical and isn't completely hating.
No mention of Ekblad and Montour??
