1)How about if you analyse teams in the Atlantic division and how the Habs fare against them. What changes those teams made, how many points we got against them last year and how many points do you predict the Habs will get against them next year.
2) which teams in the east do you predict will be the bigest competition against the Habs for the 2025 season ( when we will start breaking out )
Ok why does so many podcast era under value Suzuki…yes, he played in all games since becoming a HAB but last year he took a lot of abuse as it was clear if the top line didn’t score, the chances of beating the HABS was high. Dach is good and more exciting than Nick, but Suzuki is the more solid player and he will continue to get lots of points next year. I like Dach, but Nick is the man.
-Power ranking for 2023/2024 Atlantic division (where does MTL end up) -Laval Rocket projected lineup -Montreal projected lineup -Possible UFA signings for 2024/2025 (lots of cap space for MTL)
Are you going to cover the Laval Rocket next season? i feel like the team will be in a good place and could drive interest since we have alot of decent prospects! would love to hear your opinions on them next season.
A player by player profile and what we can expect from them in 2023-2024. And as far as the prospect goes where are the gonna be playing in 2023-2024 (Junior, Laval or NHL) and as far as progression goes when can we expect them to play for the Canadiens. When they join the club what are they gonna be top 6, 3rd, 4th line for defenceman first pair, socnd pair, third pair extras…

my hot take: lafreniere + to habs for anderson
lukewarm take: monty starter, allen traded
regular take: water, drink lots of water.
I think Suzuki will have more then 60 Nick will be PPG or better I think
Not lafreniere nòooooo
Dud 1st over-all sorry
My 3 hot takes:
1. MTL get an 85 pt player, over PPG.
Most likely gonna be Suzuki but it could be Cole or Dach even
2. MTL do Not finish last in the Atlantic
3. Reinbacher plays in the NHL and has better offensive numbers than Hedman’s rookie season

Hot takes :
– Matheson gets 70+ points being the quarterback of a much improved power play
– Hoffman plays most off the season in Laval (waived but not claimed)
– Guhle gets 40 points
– Newhook will be close to Caufield for goals and will finish less than 5 goals away from Caufield's total
– Montembault will sign a 4 years 4 millions AAV extension mid season (due to a great start of the season)

My hot take Habs finish top 7 in the league in goal scoring and top 7 in the league in P.P. percentage.

Caufield will score 40 goal.
Suzuki will score 70 points.
Slafkovski will score 20 goals but more around 35 points.
Newhook 45 points.
Hot take : without a shitload of injuries the habs will be a wildcard team or very close.
