After watching Bruce on tsn today explaining the story behind the Canucks belt he brought in and when he coached his last game and then after the game J.T Miller came into the coaches office and gave him the game belt back and was asked if he got emotional and Bruce replied that he was emotional for a week before! The fact that the Canucks had no class with that whole situation is just appalling. That is all management's fault and with what they are doing with the trades and and draft picks right now goes to show you they have no direction what so ever. The need to clean house with the management and start fresh from the top down. Get someone with dignity and class and that franchise will become classy again.

I'm very bummed about Eyssimont as a Sharks fan. Picked him up from waivers as a 4th liner, played his heart out for the Sharks then fast forward to before he eas dealt he was on our FIRST LINE. Great kid, hustles like a madman. I wish him nothing but success.

Two cents about NYR Kravtsov trade . It's dissapointing what they got for him but I guess to do all the cap BS they had to do to get Kane, maybe that's all they could get. I'm a little surprised MON didn't make a play for him ( at least that was reported ) since they would seem to be a fit IMO. Maybe Gorton, who drafted him, changed his opinion or thinks that he probably will end up going back to the KHL,. Kravtsov looked promising for 20 games w/the NYR 2 years ago & then made a bad Lias Andersson decision & couldn't handle the NHL level this yr. Looked tight most of the time w/ no confidence in his shot even if he got one off. BTW, anyone know where the hell Andersson is ?

I'd have to start with Keanu Reeves/Heaver in goal, Rob Lowe/Dean Youngblood on LW, Patrick Swayze/Derek Sutton at C (all from Youngblood), Seann William Scott/Doug Glatt on RW, Justin Timberlake/Jaques "Le Coq" from The Love Guru & Russel Crowe/John Biebe from Mystery, Alaska on Defence. Yes, I'm high.
Just saw this interview with Yzerman. Man, from a Canucks perspective, IMHO, he's doing what the Canucks should be doing. And it's so refreshing to hear a GM talk about doing the right thing for the future and realistically assessing where their team is and outlining their plan to win the cup not just get in. So glad the Wings are my second team, been that way since the Dead WIng days when Yzerman was still playing. When you're a Canucks fan, you need other teams to cheer for. Sigh.
