For obvious reasons, arms are so important to our shooting technique. Both the bottom arm and the top have independent mechanics that help create our shots. Understanding those mechanics and being able to execute each movement perfectly can produce bullet hard, accurate shots. In this skills tutorial, Sean Walker teaches you these mechanics and how to shoot quick release shots with only your arms. The benefit? Imagine facing a shot with next to no wind up at all and imagine shooting shots so powerful yet that power only comes from the movement of your arms. Listen to the teachings and practice all the drills in this video to add these types of shots into your repertoire!

I miss being on the ice, but it’s ok ball hockey time!
A perfect hockey day indeed, eh?
I'm curious, do you watch a training video on skating or throwing what mistakes do you find? What is the first thing that catches your eye? Share it interestingly. And thank you very much for your lessons, I learned a lot from you. A little history. I first started skating at the age of 12, but I know it was too late. But I am not a professional hockey player(although I really want to, at least, also drive and shoot) and I will also tell you that in the 80 -90s, it was hard to find a uniform and skates, my leg grew quickly. So I went for a little ride. But now, whatever you want, agree. It would be nice if you answered my message. Good luck, we are waiting for new videos.
👍
New skates! Nice!
