Urban Meyer's behavior is understandable. The NFL is scripted entertainment and rigged and Meyer probably found out too late. This happened to former Dallas Cowboys Coach Jimmy Johnson and why he left the way he did. Both established and successful coaches were handed a script that pretty much said, "You are now being paid to lose." Meyer never had a chance. With Johnson, at least he won two Superbowls just before the major switch from "true sports competition" to "sports entertainment." I mean, if I worked my entire life to make it to the top of my profession, only to be handed a script that dictated whether I win or lose, I know I would have a serious case of the "F-Its." I don't blame Meyer one bit and hope he recovers with as much family and friend support as possible.
Coaches coming from college to the pros need to grow up with that jump. In college the coach holds all the cards, has all the power. Not in the pros. You can’t treat pro players like college players. You have to treat them like equals.
Poor millionaire can’t do his job cuz he’s got questions for 10 minutes 3 times a week about the coach. Imagine him in real life if that’s to difficult.
How can Carson flip flop his points. Calling him a great owner after discussing the incompetence of the organization makes no sense. Your not "great" just because you will spend money come on.
Carson says the real truth….the interesting truth…and like the rest of the media, Dan glosses right over it. Shad Khan and his moron son are THE story of Jacksonville. How they continue to escape the microscope is fascinating and show how the sports media are all just PR. Nobody will risk access to expose reality.
I think it's safe to say that the Jags were in trouble before Urban Meyer became coach and now, I feel like he burnt the franchise to the ground for the foreseeable future. This is extremely sad b/c the Jags were one game out of the Superbowl a few years ago.
There has been a bigger deal made of EVERYTHING that happened with Urban Meyer except for the coed in his restaurant. That was a legit breakdown in character. The rest is a concerted effort to destroy Meyer from the beginning and the day they announced he was going to coach the Jags. The media had it out for him and they destroyed him. They continue to pile on now that he’s gone.
Reporter: "Coach Meyer, what's wrong with you anyway? Are you a narcissist?" Meyer: (chuckling) "No, I'm not a mere narcissist." Reporter: "Sociopath? Psychopath?" Meyer: "Sociopaths and psychopaths? Amateurs." Reporter: "What's worse than that? Ted Bundy? Hitler? Mao?" Meyer: "My name is Legion."

actually, agree with CP, but funny how all that needs to be done is to make a disingenuous gesture 'appear to be genuine'. made for TV football
Carson "At the end of the day" Palmer

Difference os khan isn't spending the money he has right to win
If you had to take a shot every time he says "at the end of the day," you'd likely be drunk as a skunk……
Urban has been a train wreck for the past ten years. He needs cannabis and Divine Intervention

Great assessment from Carson especially regarding Lawrence.
DP is just as childish as Meyers
The architecture is beautiful.
Carson is definitely a pro.
Trevor Lawrence will be a great qb!

Carson Palmer lives at Chateu de Pierrefonds — that's where you live when you play QB in the NFL for 10+ years and make $175M.
Immaturity is an interesting way to say psychopathy.
Carson Palmer played for the Bengals. Mike Brown the Bengals owner couldn't be fired. That's a shame.
Carson was a good QB.His ability to lead was questionable.
Where the hell does Carson Palmer live?
"Let's Go Urban"😜
Carson doing this interview from the pad he built himself on Minecraft.

Carson Palmer is trash 🗑!! Whoever takes advice from him needs help also! P.s Game of thrones was filmed here 😂
No one is giving examples of how toxic Urbs was to the team.
Carson was not a bad QB in my opinion, so I’m definitely interested in hearing his 2cents
People are acting surprised when we've known Meyer was a self-centered car from the start
Carson lives in Transylvania?
“at the end of the day”….

urban Meyer reminds me of my all time favorite heroes:
the vichy french
Urban is a winner. Period.
